When it comes to temperatures, CBD can be a bit of a fickle. While warming the oil can boost the effectiveness of the supplement, higher temperatures can destroy some of the oil’s active components. It also brings out the bitterness of the supplement. So, refrain from placing the oil on direct heat. On top of that, keep a close watch on your cooking thermometer. CBD starts to evaporate at temperatures above 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
